Strategies When Getting Followers on Twitter

Getting Followers can be a tedious task or just plain time consuming. There are key tips when trying to get followers.

First you want to find a niche. It all depends on what your account is focused on. This could be cooking, blogging, or just your life story. You want to focus on one niche. The more specific the better. After you find your niche you want to find followers that share the same interests. So if you liked cooking you would find people that like cooking. You can search "cooking" in the search bar on Twitter if you want to do the very basic method. But there are alternatives.

You can use programs to make the work easier. I recommend Twiends, I have had great success with them. All you have to do is link your Twitter account with Twiends and enter your interests(niche related). Then you simply start following people. Remember you can only follow about 1000 per day. Now you want to have many topics to work with. For example if you liked cooking you would also pick cooking tricks, baking, etc..

After you have followed many people expect to see many people start following you back. If you repeat this for a couple days you can get a lot of followers with ease. This is a much easier method then manually clicking on everyone you want to follow.

Now you might be asking yourself "What do I do when I want to unfollow people who don't follow back?" You guessed it, there is another program for that. I recommend ManageFlitter. All you have to do is connect your account with ManageFlitter. Then you are able to see all inactive people and people that aren't following you. First you want to unfollow all inactive people. Then you move onto the people who aren't following you back. Remember to wait 24-48 hours so they have a chance to follow you back. Wouldn't want to miss a potential follower!

If you keep at this strategy for a couple weeks you should see results. I myself did test this out and got 300 followers in a week with ease. I hope this strategy work for you too!
